    Because it's linux it was easy. In Android even changing a font is undoable without "rooting" device. Because fonts located in /system/fonts and only root can access that location. Sailfish give's you root - you bought it, get the rights on your device.

    Adding custom layout in IOS is still impossible! They've promised that they'll have this feature in next version, which sholud be released in September.

    That's why if you use Iphone you cannot have Armenian layout. You cannot! There's a program, separate program with separate keyboard, where you can write Armenian text, then copy it, and paste somewhere. Too much problems.

    I don't know how hard is to add a layout to Android keyboard, but it's doable at least.

    Here it was a matter of 15 minutes. Just ssh to device and edit two files. You have the power.

    And to install a font in Linux system, the easiest way is to create directory .fonts in your home and copy files into it. Don't even have to be root. The same in Sailfish, cause it's just regular Linux distribution.
